Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Puja Shah. If you are not entirely satisfied with your
purchase, we're here to help. Please find below our policies on exchanges,
returns, and cancellations.

1. Exchanges and Returns:

• We do not offer returns but exchanges within two weeks (14 days) from the
  date you received the order.
•  Make sure the garment has all the labels and tags and is in perfect
  condition.
•  Amount is initiated once we receive the item and have conducted a quality
  check. It usually takes 15-20 business days to hit your source account.
  
•  For customized products exchanges will not be eligible as it is made
  uniquely for you.

Please note: Customised products are crafted uniquely for you; therefore, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Non-returnable items

Please note that items which are tailor-made or personalized to your
specifications, as well as items sold on final sale, cannot be returned or
exchanged.
