Domestic Shipping (within India):

  •  Shipping Charges: The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Charges will be mentioned at the time of check-out when you fill in your shipping address details.


  • Delivery Time: We strive to ensure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. As all our products are customized according to your specific requirements, delivery timelines for domestic orders within India vary by collection. Products from The Mend Edit Vol. 1, The Mend Edit Vol. 2, Scribble, Verge, and Zea collections are typically delivered within 10–12 working days, while items from the Taal, Khwaab, Saanjh, and Geet collections may take approximately 15–20 working days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location’s accessibility and logistics conditions.


  •  Tracking: Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via SMS and email. You can track your order by visiting our courier partner's official website and entering the AWB number provided.


  •  Communications: We will keep you updated about your order's status through SMS and emails and provide assistance if there are any unexpected delays.

International Shipping:

  • Availability: We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. International shipping availability may vary based on the location and restrictions or international courier policies.


  • Shipping Charges: International shipping rates depend on the size of the package and the delivery location. The total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after you enter the destination details.


  • Delivery Time: Delivery Time: Delivery time for international orders is subject to factors such as customs clearance, international transit, and local delivery conditions. Products from The Mend Edit Vol. 1, The Mend Edit Vol. 2, Scribble, Verge, and Zea collections are typically delivered within 15–20 working days, while orders from the Taal, Khwaab, Saanjh, and Geet collections may require approximately 20–25 working days. Estimated delivery timelines are shared in the order confirmation email and may vary depending on the destination country and customs processes.


  • Customs and Import Duties: Please note that any customs or import duties that are levied on the ordered package by your country are to be borne by the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for accurate duties and taxes applicable to your country.


  • Tracking: Details for tracking your international shipment will be provided in the order confirmation email, allowing you to check the real-time status of your delivery.

General Terms for Shipping:

  • Order Verification: All orders are subject to address verification, for which we will contact you if required. To ensure there's no delay in your delivery, please provide your correct name, address, and contact details.


  • Order Delivery: Deliveries are made during regular business hours. If you are unavailable during the time of delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule a convenient delivery time.


  • Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. In such cases, we will attempt to re-ship the order once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


  • Damage or Tampering: If you believe your package has been tampered with or damaged during transit, please refuse to accept it and contact our Customer Service immediately, citing your order reference number.
